The Philadelphia School District, with its high priced attorneys, working to keep a sow's ear appearing in the form of a purse, is doing a fine job: Fifty percent of its students do not graduate.

The violence in the district is at an all time high.

There is no accountability and money just is lost and no-one can say where it is going. Perhaps it goes to purchase all the new text books that we see in the city schools.
