Thanks To So Many
Submitted by joyce5701 on Fri, 05/18/2007 - 5:26pm.I want to thank each one of the many progressives who endorsed my candidacy, voted for me and continue to support me, and the ideals, principles and values that I represent. As a judicial candidate, on the Democratic ballot for Municipal Court, 46,000 votes was just a little short(1800-2000).
The campaign was a wonderful experience. I met many of you for the first time and I can say that I am proud to have had the confidences and support of such wonderfully young, aggressive, progressive people. I am sure I will continue to see many of you out in the Community doing good things for our neighborhoods, etc.
As an aside, I did secure a position on the Republican ballot for Judge,Court of Common Pleas.:)
