ChangeBloggers Comes to Philly
I would like to personally invite you to the upcoming launch of the Philadelphia ChangeMakers/ChangeBloggers Initiative. I have attached the event link below, as well as a recent Idealist guest blog post from one of the NY event organizers. ChangeMakers/ChangeBloggers is a national initiative that intends to bring bloggers, community organizers and other individuals who are at the intersection of social change and social media together, in order to build capacity for social justice initiatives.
ChangeMakers recently launched in Washington, D.C. and New York City. We are hosting the first Philadelphia event on November 22 at the Ethical Society in Rittenhouse Square. Rum Bar at 20th and Walnut Street has been gracious enough to host a post-meeting happy hour.
Please check out a recent article written by one of the organizers of the NYC event.
