A Civic Vision for the Central Delaware Riverfront
We hope you can join us for the public presentation of a vision for the future of the central Delaware riverfront. The vision is the product of a year-long planning process in which over 4,000 Philadelphians worked to imagine a bright future for seven miles of Philadelphia’s original riverfront: from Allegheny Avenue in the north to Oregon Avenue in the south.
Wednesday, November 14
Pennsylvania Convention Center, West Entrance, 12th and Arch Streets
6:00 p.m. Refreshments will be served at 5:30.
Register online: www.planphilly.com/registration.
The final presentation will include new graphics and design ideas of the vision, as well as opportunities for comment and feedback. A reception will follow at the end of the program.
Check out recent press coverage of the Planning Process by the Inquirer (http://www.philly.com/philly/news/local/10759887.html) and the Daily News (http://www.philly.com/philly/opinion/10883516.html).
The public conversation around the Planning Process has been hopeful as well as provocative, so we hope to continue the dialogue as we move forward in the process.
