Dan Rows To the Finals
Submitted by Ray Murphy on Wed, 08/29/2007 - 2:29pm.
Our fearless leader, Dan Urevick-Ackelsberg, has been missing from this blog for the past week or so because he is in Munich, Germany competing in the men's lightweight international World Rowing Championships.
Dan and his teammate will be competing in the final on Sunday. It will be at 7:45 AM and you can see it live at wcsn.com. And here's a great photo of Dan, getting his game face on I guess:

If Dan makes the finals, he has a shot at going on to the 2008 Olympics in Beijing!

Countdown
Countdown until Dan orders one of us to write something so that gorgeous picture is off the top of the website!
Go Dan!
Or should that be 'Row Dan!'
Bring it home for YPP! And, OK, for Philly as a whole, etc.
