OMG!!
DOES THAT MEAN LOU AGRE MIGHT ACTUALLY MAKE AN APPEARANCE????
Debate Party At Coyle's +- Lou Agre
Lou Agre who's he?........ just kidding. I have no idea if the 21st ward leader will be there or not. I don't even know if he know's about it.
It is quite possible he's out fishing.
Here is what my ward leader Lou Agre is doing
On Sunday, he put together, with the AFL-CIO, a massive labor to labor door knocking effort. There were probably 50 of us knocking on the doors of labor families in every division in the 21st ward.
And he is also looking for office space for Obama volunteers in the 21st ward.
And also......
Handbilling work sites, coordinating his Union's efforts, doorknocking on union members doors thisSaturday, coordinating the 21st Ward, working with the Campaign, filling election boards, all of which is taking up my valuable fishing time.
b/t/w there were 75 labor to labor union memebers this weekend
The fish are smiling
And Lou did show his face tonight. We are having a town meeting next Tuesday at Coyle's again for undecided voters. Internal polls show as many as 6000 undecided voters in Roxborough Manyunk and 2500 more in East Falls.
Please come to the new Roxborough office for Obama on Shawmont Ave (I believe) and help us reach out to these undecided voters.
Your efforts are critical to electing OBAMA
Off topic
But the new SEIU anti-McCain healthcare ad with the two ladies with mid-Altantic accents is brilliant. It doesn't look like a political ad and thereby breaks through the defenses we all put up to the barrage of political ads. First time I saw it, I thought it was going to turn into an ad for Ac-a-me or Shop-Rite for the first 10 seconds.
Props to whoever did that one.

MrLuigi, my cat, actually only types half as badly as I do.
