ELECTION FRAUD, FORGERY, FALSE AFFIDAVITS, LIES, DECEIT AND DECEPTION

“Harold James under fire; if found guilty he’s in threat of being thrown off the ballot and even worse.”

PHILADELPHIA, PA—On Monday, March 24, 2008 at 11:00 am on the corner of Point Breeze Avenue and Dickinson Streets, 34-year old Kenyatta Johnson, University of Penn Ivy League Grad, Community Activist and former aide to State Senator Anthony H. Williams holds press conference and a public mock trial as he challenges 18 year incumbent Harold James in court and on the campaign trail.

The Johnson campaign filed 3,776 valid signatures, over twelve times more than needed to get on the ballot. According to the affidavits of electors’ documents 14 registered voters swore that Harold James was not the circulator of the petition they signed.

“This isn’t personal; Mr. James and I attend the same church. This is about following the rules, doing things the right way and representing people with the highest form of integrity.” Says Johnson. “The people of my campaign worked tirelessly circulating petitions the right way. What’s right is right what’s fair is fair. If we can’t trust our elected officials to be honest about something as simple as circulating petitions, how can we trust them to fight for quality education of our youth and for health care and safety for our seniors?”

Deja Vu

The mock trial, though is a nice addition - to the Farnese, Blackwell, Payton drama

If nothing else is true, this election cycle has done a lot to underline the potnetial perils of not taking full responsibility for the signatures you turn in with your electoral petitions.
