election riddle

What happened when a voter pressed Cheri Honkala first then pressed the Democratic or Republican button at the top? Did Honkala button go dark and Jewell Williams light up along with the rest of the Democrats? I am looking for someone who did this yet was alert enough to note if Honkala's light stayed lit,

One way or another I am sure more than 6% of the voters tried to vote for her.

She was slightly outvoted in my division, and I am sure she didn't actually win, but elsewhere in the city something must have not added up.

Cheri Honkala Got As Little As 1% in Black Wards

Cheri Honkala got as little as 1% of the vote in black wards, while she got over 10% in various progressive white wards.

An election is a competition, and her major competitor, Jewell Williams, had served six terms in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, was currently serving as Chair of the Philadelphia Delegation, and had served on the Speaker's Commission for Legislative Reform, and the Ethics Committee among other assignments. He also had prior experience working in the Sheriff's office, as well as the Temple University Police Department. He was a longtime leader of his local civic association, and had started and continued to run one of the largest community annual fairs in the city.

For some people, the existence of a general election with a Democrat, a Republican and a Green poses a major and highly complex moral and intellectual quandary requiring the most thorough of inquiries and the most painstaking of deliberations. For the vast majority of Philadelphia voters, however, there is a major difference between the Democratic Party and all other parties, and it is a slam dunk that they will support a qualified Democratic nominee.

People don't challange results unless they might win

I would like to see one precinct challenged as a hunch there could have been a lot of cheating.

If David Oh and Al Taubenberger challenge some precincts, would it be less costly to check the entire ballot at the same time, at those voting places.
