Jack Kelly's Chief of Staff on Unpaid Leave

So, Jack Kelly's Chief of Staff is now on unpaid leave, as he awaits trial in his corruption case. I think though, the tougher questions now have to be asked about Kelly: What did federal prosecutors ask you in January? If they asked about things like... your chief of staff and parking garages, for example, what steps did you take to make sure your office was not furthering bribery and corruption?
If he cannot or will not answer those questions, he should resign.
