State Representative Bryan Lentz

I would like to introduce everyone to State Representative Bryan Lentz:

I met Bryan when he was managing YPP friend Seth Williams' campaign for District Attorney. At that point, only like 1.5 years ago, no one really thought much of blogs focused on Philly. Yet Bryan and Seth strongly appreciated what we were doing in getting the word out about Seth's campaign, and they let us know that. Last year, Bryan decided to try and knock Curt Weldon out of Congress. But when Joe Sestak announced he was running, as well, Bryan bowed out, and decided to focus a little more locally. And, he won. I like winning.

Bryan is a good guy, who wants crazy things like... dedicated funding for public transportation. I look forward to seeing him in office.

Bryan Lentz will be a Great State Rep

I had the pleasure of meeting Bryan while working on the Seth Williams campaign. I also worked on Bryan's Congressional Campaign and had the honor to attend orientation this week with Bryan in Harrisburg. We are ready to meet the complex challenges of this Great State and we will make you guys proud.

Congrats to Bryan

In addition to Tony Payton Jrr., Bryan Lentz also needs to be congratulated on his win on E-Day. When Bryan told me he was running against Weldon, I was initially worried. However and after he told me to look at the numbers in the District, he looked like he could win. Yet, Bryan accepted Rendell's call and moved aside for Sestak. Although concerned, I am glad that in the end we have a new Congressman and State Rep. In fact, the General Assembly now has a Seth Williams caucus (Bryan Lentz and Tony Payton who worked on his campaign).

Take care,

Derek Green

True Leadership

I echo the wonderful sentiments and comments of Derek and Tony. Bryan will be a wonderful representative of the citizens of Delaware County.

I have known Bryan for almost thirteen years and I could never thank him for all that he has done for me personally and professionally.
While my personal stories of Bryan make great conversation over a few glasses of Jack Daniels (especially his Johnny Cash impressions), what is more important to YPP readers is the fact that Bryan is committed to moving our society forward and will not accept the status quo. Bryan leads by example and knows the true meaning of the words accountability and responsibility.

Bryan will be an excellent state representative, and Pennsylvania is fortunate to have such an able successor to Congressman Sestak when he graduates to the U.S. Senate.
