Black Commissioner Can't Relate To Streets
Submitted by juniorwilliams007 on Fri, 09/28/2007 - 12:26pm.Its been a question that been plaguing my mind for years. I just don't understand why we as citizens can't reach out and work with our law enforcement. With all the killings happening in neighborhoods that are predominately black , why can't we reach out to the neighborhoods? Why do we live in fear from the crooks and police? We have a Black Commissioner that's at war with his White officers in Black neighborhoods. This doesn't make sense to me and no one has brought this to his attention. Or maybe he knows about this and doesn't know what to do.
