- About Me
I was born and raised in Philadelphia and attended Philadelphia public schools. I graduated from Temple University School of Law in 2004 and West Chester University in 2000 with a B.S. in Political Science.
I was recently featured in The Immortality of Influence, by Salome Thomas-El © 2006, and the last chapter of I Choose to Stay, a memoir by Salome Thomas-El © 2003, excerpted and adapted in Chicken Soup for the African American Soul © 2004. In May 2005, my commitment to the community was also featured in the Neighborhood Transformation Initiative… A Vision Becomes Reality, Progress Report 2005 (see www.phila.gov/nti/reports/NTIreport2004). Most recently, I served as Outreach Director to the Nutter for Mayor campaign. My first job out of law school was counsel and legislative aide to Councilwoman Jannie L. Blackwell.
